Admission in RIMT University
For online application, the candidate may fill the online registration/ enquiry form and click SAVE.
The candidate will be provided a unique Ticket ID which must be preserved for future references.
The candidate can now proceed to pay the registration fee through PayU gateway.
For offline application, candidates are required to visit the University campus and collect the application form and prospectus in person by paying the prescribed application fee.
Candidates can also request the application form and prospectus via post by sending a demand draft of the application fee through registered post/ courier.
Upon receiving the application form, the candidate must fill all requisite details and not leave any column blank.
The candidate must sign the application form before submitting it to the institute.
In case the applicant is opting for more than one course, separate forms must be filled for each course.
Copies of all the prescribed documents must accompany the complete application form.
Application without supporting document or with partial documents are not eligible for admission.
Candidates seeking benefits through reservation must indicate his/ her reservation category in the application form.
A certificate of the applicable reserved category, issued by a competent authority, must be attached with the application form at the time of submission.
The complete application form and all necessary enclosures, including DD of the prescribed application fee (if applicable), must be sent via registered post/ speed post to the University.
Documents required at the time of Admission:
Photocopies of the following documents must be attached with the application form, and originals produced at the time of counselling:
Self-attested Xerox copy of Matriculation or equivalent examination certificate bearing date of birth
Self-attested Xerox copy of Marks Card of the qualifying examination, or evidence of having appeared in the qualifying examination
Character certificate issued by the Principal of the school/college last attended
Four recent passport size self-attested photographs
Domicile / Reserved Category certificate, as applicable
Candidates with a gap period of one-year or more must submit an affidavit stating that he/ she was not involved in any criminal activity during the gap period
Persons with Disability Certificate issued by the Chief Medical Officer of the concerned district
